Items seem to be slightly smaller than other businesses we've bough Bamboo products from but I think other places charge slightly more...so possibly is roughly the same price. I DID contact the company about delivery issues - they answered once, said they'd keep me posted with literally any and all updates and then I never heard from them again. Thankfully although the parcels were late they DID eventually arrive, but I only knew they were finally arriving because I walked past my fronty door one day and an entire STACK of boxes were just piled high outside my door - the courier had not let me know they were coming today or were even nearby and Eco Cheeks CLEARLY hadn't been watching out for them like they'd promised to. Thankfully the delay wasn't SUPER bad, it was delayed over a month, not because of Christmas time they were ordered prior to the start of December - but had it been longer or really badly delayed I don't know that Eco Cheeks would have actually done anything about it, which is unfortunate.

Toilet paper is spot on. Hand towels sre good except they do not fit on roll holders. All good value and better than bleached products.
