Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship from the Gold Coast, and delivery times vary depending on your location:

QLD / NSW Metro: 2–4 business days

VIC / SA / TAS Metro: 4–7 business days

WA / NT / Remote areas: 7–14+ business days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be affected by network delays, weather events, or peak-season congestion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size/weight of your order. Shipping is free on orders over $55 to most city/metro areas (excluding TAS, WA & NT)
We only charge a portion of the actual shipping cost, and do not add any handling fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Instructions
Couriers may automatically deliver your order with Authority to Leave if it is safe to do so. If you have specific instructions (e.g., leave behind gate, safe drop location), please add them at checkout.
We cannot guarantee that couriers will follow all delivery notes, but we do pass them on.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We want your order to arrive safe and sound. While minor wear on the outer carton can occur in transit, your products inside should always be protected.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
✔ the outer carton
✔ the damaged products
✔ the shipping label
This timeframe is essential because courier carriers will not accept claims after 3 days, which limits our ability to assist.
We will always do our best to help with a replacement, refund, or resolution depending on the situation.
Missing or incorrect items
If something is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know and we’ll launch an investigation with the courier.
Lost-parcel investigations can take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier.
Returned-to-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, inaccessible delivery location, or failure to collect, we can resend it — however, a redelivery fee will apply.
We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or fees.
Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Item
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Orders
If you’re a subscription customer, your orders will ship automatically on your chosen frequency.
You can update, skip, or adjust your subscription at any time via your customer portal.
If your subscription is scheduled during peak season (Nov–Jan), we recommend bringing it forward to avoid courier delays.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
