Step 1: Give it a chance!
At first the colour may be a bit of a shock… we know… it’s not white, and we’re proud of that. We believe once you go brown, you won’t turn around! Sit down, relax, and put it to the test:

• Does the paper wipe and clean as it should?
  

• Is it soft on your cheeks?
  

• Most importantly, no “poke-throughs”?
  

If you’ve checked all that and still aren’t satisfied, move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Tell us!
Email hello@ecocheeks.com.au with your order number and let us know what went wrong. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you the full purchase price plus an extra 20%.

Step 3: Return it.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and arrange to return the carton. Once received, we’ll process your payment.

• Shipping fees for the return of stock are the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain proof of posting or a tracking number.
  

• The product must be returned in good condition, with no more than 3 rolls used. All remaining rolls must be untouched.
