Step 2: Tell us! Email us at email@example.com (with your order number) and let us know what we can improve on. If we can’t fix it, we will gladly refund you your purchase price (not including shipping) plus and extra 20%. Please follow next step to finalise.
Step 3: You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Arrange to return the carton to us and we will process the payment once received.
