Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.
To cancel or make changes to your subscription, you can manage it directly through your customer portal. Your order confirmation emails include a link for easy access.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. Depending on the item, we may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining amount once the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If your pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Cancelling a Fulfilled or Shipped Order
Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. This is because the parcel is already in the hands of our courier partners and cannot be intercepted.
